TRADE FLUX BOT TERMS OF USE

This Terms of Use ("Terms") describes terms and conditions which you ("user", "you") shall follow to be able to use tradefluxbot.com ("Website", "Trade Flux Bot" "we", "us" and "our") and its related applications and services ("Services").

A. Enforcement & Amendments

1. These Terms of Use constitute a binding agreement between Trade Flux Bot and the user as soon as the user visits the Website and uses Services. By doing so, the user confirms that he has read and accepted these Terms of Use in their entirety before finishing the registration procedure.

2. The user accepts that Terms of Use may be updated by Trade Flux Bot from time to time. If the user does not read and accept the Terms of Use in its entirety, he should not use or continue using the Website.

3. We reserve the right to alter, amend or modify these Terms from time to time, in our sole discretion. We will provide you with notice of such changes by sending an e-mail, providing notice on the homepage of the Website, and/or by posting the amended Terms via our Website and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. The amended Terms will be deemed effective immediately upon posting on Website.

B. Provided Services

1. Trade Flux Bot is a platform which provides you with a possibility to exchange one type of crypto asset to another one.

2. For the purposes hereof "Exchange" shall mean an exchange of the crypto asset of one type to the crypto asset of another type at the terms and conditions set forth by exchanging parties, which is executed via the Third-party service in respective blockchain network.

3. "Crypto Assets" herein shall be deemed as type of assets which can only and exclusively be transmitted by means of blockchain technology.

4. To use all functionalities of our Services, you shall go through the registration process and create a Trade Flux Bot Account. When you create this account, you agree to:

   a. Set a secure password;
   b. Provide a valid email and verify it;
   c. Maintain account security;
   d. Pass AML/KYC procedures;
   e. Be responsible for all account activity;
   f. Understand we do not offer custodial services, and acknowledge risks and delays.

C. AML and KYC Procedure

1. Trade Flux Bot reserves the right to apply AML/KYC procedures to particular users or transactions.

2. Updated AML/KYC details can always be found on our AML/KYC policy page.

D. Eligibility

You represent and warrant:

1. Use of Services is at your sole risk;

2. You are responsible for taxes;

3. You are not from a sanctioned country;

4. You are of legal age;

5. You accept exchange-related fees;

6. You accept internet and blockchain risks;

7. You own your crypto assets;

8. You provide accurate wallet information.

You also agree not to:

• Violate laws;

• Engage in fraud or illegal activity;

• Provide misleading information;

• Modify our software;

• Use bots or unauthorized tools;

• Circumvent security features;

• Create third-party integrations without consent.

YOU INDEMNIFY AND HOLD US HARMLESS against any damages, liabilities, or losses related to violations of these provisions.

E. Third-Party Content and Services

• Trade Flux Bot is not responsible for third-party fees or services.

• We do not endorse third-party content. Use of third-party services is at your own risk.

• We are not liable for exchange rate discrepancies under $10.

F. Intellectual Property

• All IP rights belong to Trade Flux Bot.

• You are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial license.

• You may not copy, distribute, or exploit our materials.

• Any content shared with us becomes usable by us for any purpose.

G. Communications

You agree to receive electronic communications from Trade Flux Bot. Withdrawal of consent may lead to termination of your account and access.

H. Limitation of Liabilities

• Services are provided "as-is" without warranties.

• Trade Flux Bot is not responsible for failed or incorrect exchanges.

• We are not liable beyond the fees paid in the 3 months prior to any claim.

• We may prohibit use of certain crypto assets without notice.

YOU INDEMNIFY AND HOLD TRADE FLUX BOT HARMLESS against all damages related to prohibited assets or service limitations.

I. Termination of Terms

Your account may be terminated if:

1. We discontinue Services (3-day notice);

2. You breach any part of the Terms (immediate termination without notice).

J. Applicable Law; Arbitration

1. You and Trade Flux Bot agree to arbitration in the UK.

2. Notice of disputes must be given in writing within 30 days.

3. Arbitration will be in English, under UK law, by one arbitrator.

4. You waive rights to class actions.

K. Miscellaneous

1. These Terms constitute the full agreement.

2. Conflicts with other agreements default to this one unless otherwise stated.

3. Our delay in enforcing any right is not a waiver.

4. Invalid terms do not affect the validity of others.

5. You may not assign rights without our written consent; we may assign rights freely.

L. Grant of License

Trade Flux Bot hereby grants:

1. “INVESTORS” a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to use the Trade Flux Bot company website;

2. The documentation is governed by the terms in “Schedule A”;

3. Licensee restrictions apply as per the section “RESTRICTIONS OF USE”.
